Let’s have a look at what you can find in LILIPOP Concept Store
TAGRAM from Hape. Age 3+
The tangram is a dissection puzzle consisting of seven flat shapes, called tans, which are put together to form shapes. The objective of the puzzle is to form a specific shape using all seven pieces, which cannot overlap. It’s worth remembering that Hape is the world’s largest producer of wooden toys, Eco friendly. My daughter, Vicky had so much fun making different shapes and inventing new ones. She clearly loved this activity and had stimulated her creativity so much! It’s worth adding that she spent a few hours playing with this Tangram.
MARBLE RUN. Age 6+
The next position from our list is a game to play with children older than 6-year-old but definitely reinvigorating their brain and emotions. I’m often being asked for ideas of gifts for older children (like my son David, who is now 11 yo, and even older (over 11, 12, 13 years old). Very often there are few positions to buy for this age (if you don’t what to buy electronics!) and I’m speaking from my personal experience. The Marble Run is the perfect answer for this group age!
First, we build the construction carefully following the instructions. Actually, it required a lot of teamwork. Working together as a team in the family, we can encourage and guide our kiddos to maximize learning opportunities that come from marble runs. I don’t have to stress out all the benefits of delivering from working together as a group with parents!
Building a marble run is a lesson in creativity and patience, and we’re the ones who can break down the ultimate goal of a completed marble run into manageable steps for our kids. Not only are they building cognitive and motor skills, but they’re also building self-esteem through the accomplishment of building and playing with the marble run.
Creating a loving environment in which they feel secure is obviously most critical. However, finding ways to develop their mental and physical skills at home are important as well. By using marble run toys in creative ways, parents can help their children learn and exercise those abilities that will last a lifetime.
The FARM Puzzle + Stickers. Age: 3-6
Is your child sticker addicted? We are! This long FARM puzzle has over 106 added stickers to complete! Observing the pictures, manipulating the materials provided, and interacting with parents able to steer this activity, children improve their manual coordination, hone their visual perception, and are inspired to learn new words.
The aim of this large farm puzzle is to complete with more than 100 removable stickers. Put the pieces together, study the shape of each object, find the matching sticker, and stick it in the right place. Isn’t’ it fascinating? Yes, I saw Vicky very involved in connecting this long puzzle but even more in finding all the shapes of the animals. It was fantastic!
Proceed as follows: each time the children choose a sticker, ask them one of the following questions: “What is this animal called?”, “And what animal is this?”, etc.
Before the shape is placed in the correct place, each child should be able to recognize the characters and objects and say their names out loud. I assure you that this will become a great (and fun!) tool for you and your children to learn new words and even a new language (if you use English words for example, for describing stickers and pictures).
It could also be used for speech development therapy if used correctly by an adult. You can read more about the Sensitive Period for Language (click).

SALT DOUGH ASTRA 450G plus 6 paint colors. Age 4+
Ready for some holiday-themed art? I admit that the next candidate on the list completely stole my heart. It fits in the upcycling trend and amazingly stimulates children’s imagination. Most children have a little artist inside them. It is worth supporting and developing this creative spirit. It’s worth remembering that artistic activities have a great impact on the development of fine motor skills, precision, and concentration. And surround your child with beauty is extremely important, Maria Montessori herself wrote about it.
This kit SALT DOUGH ASTRA 450G also includes 6 colors of poster paint.
The mixture for the preparation of the salt dough is ready for use after adding water. Salt dough can be used to create a variety of ornaments, jewelry, figurines (e.g. angels, lambs), decorative wreaths, braids and baskets, fun trinkets for different occasions. Salt dough can be combined with other materials – with kitchen spices, with dried flowers, with ears of grain, grasses, as well as fabrics.
The only thing that limits us is our own imagination and as it’s well known, children have no limits to their imagination.
Because we are so close to Christmas, we did some winter ornaments like an Angel, hearts, a snowman. A wonderful exercise for small hands, an explosion of creativity, and the best quality time you can invest in your parenting.
Because all we want for Christmas is LOVE.
I hope you enjoyed our selection of Christmas Gift. Share your own ones and I would like to hear your thoughts on this. Also, we will be back to you with another selection of toys very soon!
Till then, best wishes!
